Nature Of Work Major Functions: Ensure food safety and quality management system program like GMP, SSOP, HACCP, LMS and SQMS are effectively and consistently implemented and properly monitored; Provide general and technical support to assure compliance to company policies, procedures, standards and regulatory requirements. Specific Responsibilities Understand and adhere to food safety and quality management system and policies and procedures of the company. Monitor production processes and record unusual incidents, deviations, problem occurring during production. Analyze results including its effects and provide logical solutions or recommendations. Perform routine verification of compliance to GMP, SSOP and HACCP in plant and in Warehouse. Conduct internal audits on a regular basis to verify compliance to food safety and quality management system. Perform sampling of the in-process and finished product when necessary. Perform investigation and recommend logical corrective/preventive action plans to non-conforming materials (raw materials, packaging materials, in-process and finished products)and process. Conduct investigation and recommend corrective actions on customer complaint. Support HACCP team in the development and implementation of the HACCP plan. Conduct random sampling during production and regular HACCP Audit to monitor compliance. Develop training module and conduct the orientation of newly hired employees and training for the in-house related topics such as GMP/SSOP/HACCP and Chemical Handling. Conduct supplier accreditation/evaluation audit. Request and maintain equipment and supplies necessary for completion of assignments. Participate in in-plant product cuttings, mock recovery drill and ATQC. Maintain accurate and up-to date records such as weekly reports, monthly reports, GMP, HACCP and suppliers audit reports, etc. Qualifications Preferably a Graduate of B. S. Food Technology Computer literate. With good written and oral communication skills. Diligent and hardworking. Has awareness on ISO/IEC 17025 Willing to work in Metro Manila or nearby Marikina area.
