- Data Reporting & Visualization
- Design, Download, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Excel, and D365 native reporting tools(Power BI is a plus).
- Collaborate with business units to understand reporting requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
- Monitor data quality, consistency, and performance of reporting solutions.
- D365 Data Management
- Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from Microsoft Dynamics 365 and inhouse enterprise software (Finance & Operations, Sales, or other modules as applicable).
- Ensure data integrity and consistency within D365 and related reporting systems.
- Process Improvement
- Work with cross-functional teams to improve data governance and reporting standards.
- Identify gaps in existing reports or data flows and propose enhancements.
- Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Accounting Management or a related field.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in data reporting, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations, Customer Engagement, or other relevant modules).
- Proficiency in Excel
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving.
- Attention to detail and data accuracy. Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
