Job Description Manage end-to-end campaigns including, but not limited to, conceptualization, execution, and preparation of post mortem Responsible for monitoring and achieving KPIs as well as preparation of management reports Recalibrate and/or innovate campaigns based on project performance and data Ensure smooth, timely and impactful executions and drives continuous process optimizations Collaborate and coordinate across multiple business teams such as Budget & Planning, Business Development, Operations, Product Management Requirements At least 5 years of work experience, with a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field Prior experience in fintech and/or e-commerce marketing will be a bonus Strong grasp of numbers, ability to derive insights and sound recommendations from data Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with team members and stakeholders Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and thrive in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented, highly proactive; critical thinker; has a growth mindset; and a team player Displays integrity and ownership over one's work, successes, and mistakes
