  • The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving business growth by exploring and identifying new opportunities, having reliable relationships with potential customers in Philippines, and increasing revenue.
  • They develop strategies, expand market presence, and work closely with different departments to achieve business goals.
  • This position would have strong resource in some companies which outsources stamping parts/sheet-metal components, and/or strong background in Contracted Manufacturing Service/Electronics Manufacturing Service field, can cut in their supply chain very fast thru our business development strategy.
1. Identifying Business Opportunities
  • Research and analyze market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
  • Identify potential clients, partnerships, and business opportunities.
  • Develop strategies to enter new markets or expand existing ones.
2. Sales & Revenue Growth
  • Generate leads, negotiate deals, and close contracts with clients.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue.
  • Maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
3. Strategic Planning & Execution
  • Develop business plans, sales forecasts, and growth strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report progress to senior management.
4. Customer Relationship Management
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Address client concerns and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Act as the main point of contact between the company and clients.
5. Negotiation & Contract Management
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with potential clients.
  • Work with legal and finance teams to finalize agreements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
6. Market Expansion & Brand Positioning
  • Identify new market segments and business expansion opportunities.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
  • Enhance brand visibility and positioning in the target market
  • Fluent in English/Mandarin/Japanese (alternative).
