This role involves consolidating financial data, monitoring budget performance, identifying variances and trends, and delivering insights that inform strategic decisions. The analyst works closely with department leaders to ensure financial objectives are met and to enhance operational efficiency through data-driven recommendations.Your Responsibilities:ERP Budget Configuration and Management

Set up and manage budget modules within the ERP system to ensure accurate budget creation, real-time monitoring of expenditures, and efficient spend analysis.

Financial Forecasting and Strategic Planning

Prepare reliable financial forecasts and actively participate in planning sessions with department heads and executives to align financial goals with organizational priorities.

Financial Modeling and Performance Analysis

Build and maintain detailed financial models, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to assess financial performance and provide meaningful insights.

Variance Analysis and Reporting

Track and analyze significant variances in budget versus actual spending, providing clear, actionable insights and recommendations for corrective action.

Stakeholder Communication and Support

Respond to inquiries on revenue, income, and financial performance, ensuring clear, collaborative communication with all relevant departments.

GAEx and CAPEX Reporting

Generate monthly reports on General Administrative Expenses (GAEx) and Capital Expenditures (CAPEX), highlighting key variances and supporting cost control measures.

Process Improvement and Best Practices

Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and implement best practices to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

Ad-Hoc Analysis and Reporting

Create customized financial reports and analysis to support specific projects or strategic initiatives.

Additional Financial Support

Contribute to various corporate finance tasks and projects as needed.

What our Client is Looking For:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.CPA or CFA certification is strongly preferred .2–5 years of relevant experience in financial planning, analysis, or management accounting.Solid knowledge of financial reporting standards and management accounting principles.Proficient in SAP and experienced in using advanced financial modeling tools.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.Ready to take the next step in your career?
