
Warehouse Reconciliation Specialist (Bulacan)

- Perform regular audits to verify warehouse inventory accuracy.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies between physical inventory and system records.
- Update inventory management systems with adjustments and corrections as needed.
- Conducts reconciliation of incoming and outgoing items and/ or orders to ensure accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with other warehouse staff and stakeholders to address operational inefficiencies contributing to discrepancies.
- Manage and monitor personnel assigned to the team.
- Generate inventory reports and maintain accurate records of all reconciliation activities.
- Support and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance inventory accuracy and minimize errors.
- Conduct regular reports in relation to assigned tasks accordingly
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Accounting, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in reconciliation, inventory management, or warehouse operations.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in fast-paced environments.
- Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical ability to review large data sets and identify reconcilable items and discrepancies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google
- Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Docs).
- Ability to manage multiple reconciliation tasks simultaneously and consistently meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills with proven stakeholder management experience.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in reporting and documentation.
- Willingness to be assigned to different warehouse locations or operational area as needed.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is an advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
