- Managing inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats to arrange service appointments and follow-ups.
- Initiating proactive outreach for service reminders, recalls, and recovering missed appointments.
- Delivering precise information regarding vehicle maintenance, warranties, pricing estimates, and recall notifications.
- Performing post-service follow-ups to guarantee customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Recording interactions in CRM and scheduling systems, ensuring that all records are thorough and current.
- Working closely with dealership service advisors and fellow BDC teams to facilitate efficient service operations.
- Achieving objectives for call volumes, appointment conversions, and customer satisfaction ratings.
- Experience with CRM and scheduling systems
- Ability to handle high call volumes in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of customer service practices
- Basic knowledge of automotive services and terminology (preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation with empathy and patience
- Problem-solving and active listening
- Highly organized with strong time-management skills
- Results-driven with the ability to meet targets
- 1β2 years in BDC, call center, customer service, or automotive service roles
- Automotive industry experience is a plus
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
