JOB OVERVIEWWe are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Amazon Operations Specialist to help run and improve our daily business operations. The role covers a variety of tasks, such as working with suppliers, managing inventory and reorders, preparing shipping plans, doing research (suppliers, competitors, and products), and supporting online sales and advertising activities.We prefer candidates who already have experience with Amazon operations or e-commerce, but what matters most is being organized, eager to learn, fluent in English, and ready to take on new challenges.This is a hands-on role now, but as our company expands, you will have the opportunity to grow into an Operations Manager position with increased responsibilities and higher income.What You Will Do- Manage suppliers and inventory: order products, follow up on delivery, track stock levels, and reorder when needed.
- Plan and coordinate logistics: prepare and manage shipping plans to ensure products are delivered smoothly to Amazon warehouses.
- Support new product launches: coordinate with suppliers, handle reorders and shipment details, generate and manage product labels, and complete the operational setup needed for Amazon FBA.
- Conduct research: find and compare suppliers, check product trends, analyze competitors, and search for keywords customers use online.
- Support online sales and advertising: assist with ads, monitor performance, and prepare simple reports and updates for the management team.
- Improve performance and processes: maintain and improve KPIs (sales, profit margin, ROI) and develop workflows that keep operations smooth, structured, and scalable while reducing errors.What We're Looking For- Experience in Amazon operations, logistics, or e-commerce (preferred).
- Strong self-learning ability - comfortable learning from English training videos, documents, and assignments.
- Fluent English communication skills (both speaking and writing) for Zoo etings, reports, and day-to-day communication.
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Able to use Excel / Google Sheets and willing to learn new tools.
- Open to using digital productivity tools (such as Nozbe, Evernote, Google Calendar) on both computer and mobile phone.
