Role Description This is a contract role for an Accounting and HR staff member at Waikoloa Hotels and Resorts Inc. The role is on-site and located in Cabangan. The staff member will handle day-to-day accounting responsibilities, including managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and conducting audits. Additionally, the role involves HR tasks such as recruiting, onboarding, payroll management, employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Qualifications Strong Accounting skills including financial transactions management, financial reporting, and auditing Human Resources skills such as recruiting, onboarding, payroll management, and employee relations Ability to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations Exceptional organizational and time management skills Proficiency in accounting software and HR management systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Relevant experience in a similar role is preferred Bachelor&aposs degree in Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Show more Show less
