Assist customers with account inquiries, transactions, billing concerns, and issue resolution while ensuring data privacy and compliance with financial guidelines. Deliver excellent customer service by troubleshooting concerns efficiently and maintaining a positive customer experience. Meet performance metrics such as call quality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. QUALIFICATIONS: At least 6 months of experience in customer service, preferably in a voiced international account . Educational background: Associate degree graduates or at least 3rd-year undergraduate students are welcome to apply, provided they have no failing grades . Background in handling a financial or banking-related account is a strong advantage. Excellent verbal communication skills with a neutral or clear English accent. Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to handle customer concerns professionally. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Must be adaptable, customer-focused, and able to manage confidential financial information responsibly.
