Industry: Life Insurance, Financial ServicesAbout the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and forward-thinking Internal Audit Manager to enhance the internal audit function of a leading life insurance and financial services company. This role is responsible for performing the full audit cycle while driving improvements in internal controls, risk management, and governance processes.The Internal Audit Manager will play a key role in ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies, while also applying data-driven techniques to provide insights and recommendations. This is a critical role for an experienced auditor who is confident in both business and IT audit domains.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and execute end-to-end audit activities, including planning, fieldwork, reporting, and follow-upAssess the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls and risk management systems across business operations and IT functionsPerform audits related to Anti-Money Laundering (AML), sales distribution controls, and key risk indicatorsLeverage data analytics tools such as MS Excel, MS Access, and TeamMate Analytics to enhance audit effectivenessProvide recommendations for process improvements and support business units in implementing control enhancementsEnsure all audit activities comply with internal policies, external regulations, and professional standardsPrepare clear and well-documented audit findings and reports for management and stakeholdersParticipate in special projects, risk assessments, and process improvement initiativesWork collaboratively with internal stakeholders and contribute to building a culture of risk awarenessQualificationsCertified Public Accountant (CPA)Minimum of 5 years of audit experience, including internal audit experience with exposure to both business processes and IT auditsLife insurance or financial services industry experience preferredStrong knowledge of internal control frameworks and regulatory requirementsBackground in IT Security and working knowledge of data analytics tools (e.g., MS Excel, MS Access, TeamMate Analytics)Professional certifications such as Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) are a plusExperience in business process improvement and project management is highly desirableHow to ApplyIf you're an experienced audit professional ready to lead impactful audits in a regulated and dynamic environment, we'd love to hear from you.
