Job Purpose Provides end-to-end support to the Department Head in overseeing and managing the implementation of strategic organizational interventions and processes supporting the performance, learning and career development, and engagement of the employees in the organization; Manages the roll-out of assigned learning/developmental and culture building programs and initiatives including design and facilitation of in-house programs; Develops and implements tools, processes, and initiatives in career development and succession management; Supports the development and implementation of the employee engagement and wellness activities/interventions in the organization to provide excellent employee experience and achieve a high level of employee satisfaction and engagement. Job Requirements Bachelor's Degree preferably in Psychology, Behavioral Science, or any Management degree With at least 3 years of work experience preferably in learning/engagement/OD functions or in events/communications management or its equivalent Ability to come up with appropriate, relevant, and engaging programs and materials Excellent written and oral/presentation skills Proficient in using MS Office and basic photo/video editing software Show more Show less
