  • Responsible for planning and designing enterprise-wide business solutions for external customers.
  • The Technology Transformation SME is accountable to lead the requirements gathering and implementation of all new Technology deployed within the GRSO GCC direct and indirect organization across all supported geographies.
  • The SME will liaise with XDX teams as well as operational teams to ensure the correct set-up and processes are created, signed off and deployed.
  • The role will also have responsibility to maintain and support existing technology including telephony
Scope:
Specific:
  • Indiviudal contributor
  • Global role accountable for GCC Americas and EMEA support
  • No financial budget
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Act as SME on behalf of GRSO GCC teams within XDX led projects to define requirements for new technologies to be implemented
  • Liaise with operations team to ensure all requirements are captured and documented correctly
  • Ensure alignment and sign off
  • Work with Technical teams to design functionalities and test that they meet the scope and requirements
  • Work with training and process teams to prepare operational deployment
  • Monitor and track roll out within all operation
  • Support operations in early life days to learn how to manage and monitor the new technology
  • Work with XDX team for current system upgrades
