What You'll Do Lead plant trials and validation activities to drive product improvements, process optimization, and scale-up/down initiatives. Develop and implement protocols, manufacturing procedures, and technical reports for trials and validation. Evaluate and execute technology transfer from R&D to manufacturing, ensuring smooth commercialization. Review product and process documents to support validation and production readiness. Provide technical support to Production, Marketing, and Quality teams to resolve product and process issues. Oversee trial batches using alternative raw materials and ensure compliance with approved standards. Support equipment qualification and validation of critical manufacturing processes. What Makes You a Great Fit Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering; other engineering or Food Science degrees with relevant experience are welcome. At least 3 years of experience in process engineering, validation, manufacturing, or quality assurance. Background in Home Care, Cosmetics, Pharmaceuticals, or Food manufacturing is an advantage. Experience in developing and documenting processes and procedures. Strong project management and organizational skills. Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
