Here, you can apply your talent in bold ways that matter.Job Description:This role is responsible for handling inquiries of moderate scope and complexity, using data from multiple sources and applying basic analytical skills to interpret information, evaluate variables, and identify appropriate solutions. The position requires sound judgment when addressing variations in processes or conditions and selecting the best course of action when alternatives exist.Work activities focus on tasks within a specific discipline and department, including managing data and documentation updates across multiple systems, supporting the creation and revision of documentation in PLM (including packaging standards), and entering data into SAP. The role also involves learning and applying quality management requirements, participating in cross‑functional teams to enhance processes and develop operational documentation, and managing or retrieving packaging and business data to support analysis or process improvements.Required Skills

Strong command of the English language (verbal and written)
Thai language proficiency (required)
Problem‑solving, research, and analytical skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Experience working with data, documentation, or administrative systems
Ability to follow defined processes and work instructions
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with PLM systems or documentation workflows
Experience with SAP or similar ERP platforms
Background in manufacturing, supply chain, engineering support, or related fields
Familiarity with quality management systems and process documentation
Experience participating in cross‑functional or process‑improvement projects
