About the Role We are looking for a highly creative and strategic Art Director / Brand Identity Designer to lead the development of visually compelling and cohesive brand experiences. This role requires a strong conceptual thinker who can translate business objectives into impactful visual identities-from initial concept through to execution. You will play a key role in shaping brand narratives, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints, and elevating the overall creative output of the organization. Key Responsibilities Lead the conceptualization and execution of brand identity projects, including logos, visual systems, and brand guidelines Develop creative strategies that align with business goals and resonate with target audiences Oversee the full design process from ideation to final delivery, ensuring high-quality output Create visually engaging assets across digital and print platforms, maintaining brand consistency Collaborate with marketing, content, and development teams to bring campaigns and brand initiatives to life Present creative concepts and design solutions clearly to stakeholders and clients Ensure all creative work aligns with brand positioning and messaging Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and industry best practices to continuously elevate creative standards Mentor and guide junior designers where applicable Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field 8+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong focus on branding and identity design Proven experience in an Art Director or Senior Designer role within an agency or in-house environment Strong portfolio showcasing brand identity projects, visual systems, and creative campaigns Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.) Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling Ability to combine creativity with strategic thinking to deliver impactful design solutions Excellent communication and presentation skills Experience working across multiple industries and managing projects independently or remotely is a plus
