
US HR Specialist - Remote

- Serve as the first point of contact for clinic staff (medical assistants & clinicians) when they have questions about schedules, time off, or pay
- Coordinate shift coverage for clinic staff during PTO, sick leave, or call-offs
- Log and enter PTO, track attendance, and manage staff schedules
- Prepare and submit payroll data through our PEO platform (biweekly)
- Assist onsite staff in tracking and ordering of office & medical supplies for each location
- Escalate complex or sensitive HR issues (e.g., disciplinary action, policy disputes) to PEO for assistance, while including leadership
- Track key client renewal dates and prepare employer reports
- Conduct patient outreach for failed payments, missing registration items or incomplete forms
- Assist with job postings and interview scheduling
- Respond to routine internal or patient-facing questions
- Help document and maintain internal SOPs
