- 📞 Client Communication
- Respond to phone calls, emails, and chat inquiries regarding property listings, availability, and services.
- Schedule property viewings and coordinate with agents or brokers.
- 🗂️ Documentation & Records
- Assist clients with completing forms, contracts, and other real estate documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in CRM systems.
- 🤝 Customer Support
- Provide guidance on property purchase, rental, or investment processes.
- Address client concerns and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
- 📊 Sales Assistance
- Support the sales team by preparing client presentations, property details, and promotional materials.
- Follow up with leads to ensure timely communication and conversion.
- 🏡 Market Knowledge
- Stay updated on property listings, pricing trends, and real estate regulations.
- Share relevant information with clients to help them make informed decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or related field (preferred).
- At least 1–2 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or real estate industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Filipino proficiency is a plus).
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Knowledge of real estate processes, property documentation, and industry terminology.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM platforms, and digital communication tools.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
