Position Summary To ensure the delivery of strong potential candidate pipelines for all Korn Ferry recruitment service lines through direct and indirect candidate sourcing, sourcing channel optimisation and proactive development of talent pools. To achieve personal targets and contribute to the overall success and positive image of Korn Ferry through candidate and client interaction. KEY responsibilities/ACCOUNTABILITIES Client Relationship Management Develop and maintain knowledge of key client organisations in the target countries, monitor and analyse industry changes Conduct interactions with internal & external clients in a timely, professional and responsive manner Identify & communicate continuous improvement opportunities and strategies Participate in role briefing with client and contribute to sourcing strategy & process Identify potential business opportunities from sourcing conversations with candidates Process Management & Sourcing Follow agreed client recruitment process for RPO or project recruitment delivery. Follow KF global recruitment process Source, screen, and present candidates for a specific account in partnership with onsite Recruiters. Manage candidates using specific applicant tracking systems, candidate sourcing methodologies and recruitment process effectiveness. Create & execute multi-channel sourcing strategy to source candidates meeting client profile and/or building talent pool for current and future requirements. Provides insights to the onsite solutions team and work together to deliver the solutions within agreed KPIs/SLAs. Use competency success profiles to identify and differentiate candidates Candidate relationship management Effectively communicate position opportunity and client value proposition. Manage all candidates effectively throughout recruitment process. Develop and maintain relationships and seek referrals of other candidates. Manage candidate expectations and ensure timely and constructive feedback. Conduct internal and external client interactions with clients in a timely, professional, and responsive manner at all times. Identify continuous improvement opportunities and advisor to internal or external client on sourcing strategy & effectiveness. Manage and set expectations in the sourcing process Able to identify potential obstacles, issues, roadblocks and proactively address and communicate with clients. Provide input from the brief to identify the channels and strategy to source candidates matching client requirements. Be responsible implementation and management of sourcing strategy for specific candidate profiles building talent pools. Able and willing to contact candidates/sources directly and brief candidate on the opportunity and client value proposition for professional/technical and management roles conduct and document screening process including CV's pre-screening, telephone interview and short listing, design questions and scripts for screening process Conduct competency-based telephone screening easily manage candidates in all aspects of the recruiting process, ensuring candidate expectations are being managed Ensure constructive feedback is given in a timely manner, optimizing the candidate experience within Specified guidelines for majority of range of roles and role levels. Support data management, references, pre-employment screening, psychometric testing & other assessments specified in the agreed recruitment process if required. Be familiar with applicant tracking systems, updating records and information ensuring system integrity and accuracy of client reporting and analytics. Able to access and generate reports for both client and FS use. Must be fully conversant with applicant tracking systems in use (or SE) updating records and information ensuring system integrity and accuracy of client reporting and analytics. Can have a basic understanding of KF & KF services lines Must deliver services at high level of client satisfaction, enabling clients to be used as references to support extension of existing business or new business development.
