Key Responsibilities Prospecting & Outreach Generate a high volume of outbound activity (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, SMS, and other channels). Research target accounts, map decision makers, and identify opportunities across SMEs, celebrities, talent agencies, sports agencies, and global brands. Qualify inbound leads quickly and hand them over to senior sales. Pipeline Development Book qualified meetings for Account Executives and Sales Managers. Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects across multiple markets (UK, US, Middle East, Asia). Follow up with prospects consistently until a decision is reached. CRM & Reporting Accurately log activity, calls, emails, and pipeline progress in HubSpot (or other CRM). Track daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs (calls, emails, meetings booked, conversion rates). Provide daily activity reports and insights to the Sales Manager. Collaboration Work closely with the Sales, Marketing & Outreach, and Operations teams to optimize lead quality. Align with marketing campaigns (email outreach, SMS, brand partnerships) to maximize conversion. Participate in daily huddles and weekly sales reviews. Key Requirements (Job Specifications) Essential Skills & Experience 1-3 years of SDR, BDR, or sales experience (agency or SaaS sales preferred, but not essential if outstanding). Demonstrated ability to make 50-80+ calls per day and send personalised outreach messages. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, confident, professional, and persuasive. Proficiency in using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar). Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage time and pipeline effectively. Desirable Skills & Experience Experience selling digital marketing, creative, SaaS, or agency services. Ability to research and prospect across multiple industries. Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or SmartReach. Previous exposure to high-growth start-ups or scale-ups.
