- working with our business developers and clients to identify project needs, draft proposals, and win work
- being in charge of internal project controls e.g. planning, cost, risk, and quality management
- ensuring all project administration and contract management processes are followed
- initiating, overseeing, and appraising the delivery of studies, concept, detailed design, and construction contract documents
- liaises with all levels of clients, relevant authorities, contractors, and specialist consultants on administrative and technical subjects
- taking overall responsibility for project deliverables to deliver excellence (to meet client and Haskoning’s expectations)
- lead the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, coordinating input from multidisciplinary experts, and ensuring alignment with client expectations
- provide strategic and operational support to the project director, including reporting, client engagement, and team coordination
- master’s degree in Civil Engineering or other relevant field
- licensed Philippine Civil Engineer
- 10 or more years experience in water or maritime engineering within a consultancy firm
- at least 5 years of project management experience
- experience working in an international, multicultural, and diverse environment, with collaborative approach and working across sectoral and regional boundaries
- experience with writing proposals, planning, and running multidisciplinary projects
- capable of undertaking assignments to achieve technically sound, timely, and cost-effective results
- familiarity with international funding institutions (e.g., World Bank, ADB) and their procurement processes
- accurate and strong attention to detail
- ability to work on a variety of projects and manage time effectively
