Job DescriptionJob Posting: Cluster Demand Planning Manager (Asia Markets)Location: BGC, Philippines | Function: Supply Chain - Demand PlanningAbout the RoleWe are looking for a strategic and analytical Cluster Demand Planning Manager to own the demand forecasting process for our key markets in the Export Far East (EFE) cluster, including Malaysia, Thailand, Australia, and South Korea. Based in our Manila office, you will be the central figure in creating a robust, consensus-driven demand plan that aligns our commercial ambitions with supply chain capabilities. Your expertise will be critical in driving business growth, optimizing inventory, and enhancing overall supply chain efficiency across the Asia-Pacific region.Key ResponsibilitiesDemand Planning & Forecasting:Develop and maintain a rolling 24-month demand plan for both in-market sales and shipments, incorporating clear baseline trends and commercial building blocks (promotions, launches, etc.).Lead key monthly Integrated Business Planning (IBP/S&OP) cycle meetings, including Demand Review and Consensus Forecast alignment, to establish the "one number" plan for the organization.Analyze historical data, market trends, and commercial inputs to generate a robust and accurate forecast for core and new products (NPD).Collaborate directly with Distributor partners to perform collaborative forecasting, validate their inputs, and ensure forecast reasonability.Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to understand demand drivers, evaluate promotional uplifts, and align on a consensus demand plan.Act as the key user and expert for our demand planning tools (e.g., SAP APO) and Power BI dashboards.Supply Chain Optimization:Analyze the SKU portfolio to identify risks and opportunities, making recommendations to mitigate supply issues and reduce complexity.Monitor and report on key Supply Chain KPIs, providing insights to highlight performance gaps and drive continuous improvement.Lead and contribute to process improvement projects aimed at optimizing the end-to-end supply chain, from planning to customer service.Benchmark best practices with other markets and work to align processes with our distributor network across Asia.Business Partnership & Analysis:Support management with scenario analysis and insights for strategic decision-making.Participate in the annual budget and planning process.Ensure data integrity within material master and planning systems (SAP).Conduct occasional trade visits for market immersion and a deeper understanding of product performance.Our Perfect CandidateEducation: Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Mathematics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.Experience:Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in demand planning or supply chain analytics.Experience working with international markets, particularly within Asia, is highly preferred.Proven experience in implementing forecasting process improvements and tools.Familiarity with the dynamics of managing forecasts and relationships with distributors.Technical Skills: High proficiency in demand planning systems (e.g., SAP APO/PP), advanced Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI). Experience with CRM platforms for forecast collaboration is a plus.Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) or S&OP process.
