- Source and identify potential candidates through various channels including social media, job boards, and networking events.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for client roles.
- Build and maintain relationships with both candidates and clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to candidate placement and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and define ideal candidate profiles.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems and recruitment software to streamline processes and track candidate progress.
- Stay updated on recruitment trends and industry best practices to continually improve our hiring strategies.
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter, preferably in staffing or recruitment agency environment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques, with a focus on technology-driven solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with candidates and clients.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools and platforms.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing candidate information.
- A passion for connecting people with opportunities and helping clients find the right talent.
