Job Description Manage the card operations activities covering Cards Fulfillment, Inventory, Billing Processing, Fee Exceptions Handling, Reporting, etc. Develop and enforce sound Standard Operating Procedures with minimal process gaps whilst mitigating operational risk. Review Card Ops processes and ensure adherence to service level agreements and established procedures Coordination with Strategy & Innovation team on card programs Coordinate with vendors on technical and cost considerations Forecast and manage inventory levels Establish and maintain strong relationships with card fulfillment partners Create, implement, and monitor a robust risk and control framework Manage operational risk in all levels of payment operations Ensure compliance with both internal policies and procedures, and external regulations such as BSP issuances and other applicable laws. Observe compliance with the approved Service Level Agreements (SLA) Lead the Card Ops team effectively, ensuring that team remains to be high-performing Contribute and track team&aposs performance and ensure that team performance metrics are met Support the Bank&aposs projects and initiatives i.e. Participate in the UAT of new systems and system enhancements/changes. Propose process improvements with the goal of achieving operational efficiency Promote learning and development by attending and participating in Bank trainings and seminars Perform adhoc and/or other assigned duties Requirements At least 1 -2 year of work experience supervising or managing junior team members At least 2-3 years of Card Fulfilment Operations Experience At least 2-3 years of Debit and Credit Card Dispute and Chargeback Management Experience Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus Must have good time management skills to handle BAU and strategic projects Strong analytical and problem solving skills Show more Show less
