Support development of new group accounts and maintain existing ones.
Assist in executing marketing strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities.
Create marketing materials and presentations for group clients.
Coordinate with internal teams for seamless execution of initiatives.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
Provide administrative support to the group marketing team.

Required Qualifications:

At least 2-3 years of experience in the life insurance business.
Ability to communicate and interact in a professional manner.
Ability to handle rejections with grace and to persevere to close an account.

Preferred Qualification:

College graduate, preferably majoring in Economics, Business Management, Marketing, or other related fields.
Completion of LOMA courses.
