SMOOTHMOVES INC is seeking a qualified and experienced Company Nurse to join our team. As a Company Nurse, you will be responsible for providing medical assistance and support to our employees and promoting a healthy work environment.In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating, treating, and providing initial medical care for employees who become ill or injured at work. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the company is compliant with health and safety regulations, conducting health screenings, and assisting with the implementation of wellness programs. Additionally, you will collaborate with our HR department to manage employee health records and assist with the administration of our employee benefits programs.Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat employees who become ill or injured at work
Proactively assess and provide preventative care to employees
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Conduct health screenings and assessments for new and existing employees
Collaborate with HR department to manage employee health records
Assist with the administration of employee benefits programs
Coordinate with external healthcare providers for specialized care, as necessary

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
Valid PRC license
At least 6 months of experience as a nurse, preferably in industrial setting
Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
