Lead the planning, design, and execution of engineering projects from start to finish.
Oversee engineering teams (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, CAD) to ensure smooth project delivery.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Review and approve project scopes, technical designs, and cost estimates.
Negotiate and coordinate with contractors to meet project goals.
Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and design specifications.
Qualifications:
Licensed Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineer.
10+ years of experience in design, installation, and project management for manufacturing or utilities equipment.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide diverse engineering teams.
Knowledge of ISO standards (an advantage).
