Employment type: Full-time Shift: Mon - Fri 09:00 PM - 06:00 AM Work setup: Temporary Work from Home, Kuala Lumpur What do you need to succeed Proven experience in customer service or a related field. Excellent phone skills with the ability to engage and communicate effectively with patients. Proficiency in scheduling and managing appointments using tools like Monday or Excel. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in maintaining schedules and patient records. Empathy and strong people skills to interact with patients in a compassionate and professional manner. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a dynamic healthcare environment. Plus: Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare procedures (preferred but not mandatory). What awaits you in this role Conduct outbound calls to patients to schedule appointments and follow up on appointments or treatments. Manage and maintain appointment schedules using Monday or Excel, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Provide outstanding customer service by addressing patient inquiries, concerns, and providing information about services or procedures. Utilize strong people skills to establish rapport and build positive relationships with patients. Collaborate with healthcare providers and administrative staff to ensure smooth patient scheduling and coordination. Document and update patient information accurately in the system. Follow established protocols and guidelines for patient outreach and scheduling.
