JOB OVERVIEW This role is responsible for coordinating day-to-day IT operations, providing end-user support, and managing business applications, ensuring system resiliency and reliability, to ensure smooth and efficient use of technology across the organization. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Deliver high-quality support for the company&aposs IT infrastructure, networks, systems and Hardware. Support and maintain key business applications (e.g. ERP (Pronto), CRM (Zoho), Bartender Print Stations, Printers, Mailbox Storage, etc). Conduct cyber cybersecurity audit and checks. Provide timely helpdesk services. EDI implementations and action EDI deliverables. Maintain regular system updates, backups, and documentation. Ensure systems resiliency and performance (servers, software, hardware, etc, up time). Manage user accounts, access levels, and security across digital systems Coordinate and participate in IT-related projects and liaise with stakeholders. Identify technology gaps and opportunities that drive innovation and efficiency. Work with vendors to support business objectives. Manage IT inventory. Manage Software licensing. Assist with the procurement of hardware and software. Follow company&aposs onboarding and offboarding procedures. Conduct IT Deliverables diligently. Office 365 Suite Management. Fulfil other duties as required by management and other department personnel as requested/required The ideal candidate will be the go-to expert for all things IT, have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a proactive mindset to support, maintain, and improve IT systems, while also acting as a bridge between users and technology. QUALIFICATIONS Diploma level or higher in Information Technology Minimum 5 years of experience in IT support, coordination, and systems administration. Proficiency in supporting Microsoft environments (Windows, Office 365, Entra, Active Directory). Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users. Experience in ERP, or other business-critical systems. ITIL awareness or exposure to service management practices. Knowledge of cybersecurity concepts and proficient in network and device security management. Project Time management and coordination abilities. A self-starter with strong analytical thinking and a can-do attitude Strong understanding of IT systems, digital platforms and enterprise environments.
