Overseeing a defined service line or technical specialty area.
Managing multiple, complex engagements simultaneously, often involving cross-functional team contributions.
Delivering projects that meet quality and timeliness expectations, while effectively managing project scope and stakeholder collaboration.
Handling commercial and contractual aspects of engagements, including fee proposals, budget management, and scope adjustments.
Potentially leading a key operational area such as People Management, Financial Oversight, or Market Segment Development within the practice.
Analyzing complex business scenarios and identifying strategic priorities.
Engaging and negotiating with internal and external stakeholders, including clients and regulatory bodies.
Providing practical and forward-thinking solutions that enhance business value and competitive advantage.
Qualifications
Strong technical expertise in Australian tax and accounting legislation.
A minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar professional services or corporate advisory environment.
Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification or equivalent.
Relevant tertiary or postgraduate education.
Proven ability to stay current with evolving tax laws and accounting standards.
Proficiency in tax and accounting systems and tools.
