The Firm Also Advises Corporate Clients on Employment-Law Related Issues.Duties and Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on various topics.
Prepare legal documents, including briefs, contracts, agreements, and other relevant materials.
Assist in case preparation and provide trial support as needed.
Manage and organize legal files, documents, and records.
Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel as required.
Schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and manage calendars for legal team members.
Provide general administrative support to the legal team, including answering phones, drafting correspondence, and handling inquiries.

Requirements

3-5 years of experience
Preferrably using a Mac computer from Apple
Computer Headset to communicate
Strong spoken and written English
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 suite.
Prior experience working with a US law firm is essential.
