Participate in coding audits and quality assurance activities to maintain coding accuracy. Communicate effectively with billing staff, healthcare providers, and insurance companies regarding coding-related inquiries. Maintain proficiency in medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology to accurately assign codes. Contribute to process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing coding efficiency and accuracy.
