Technical Service Engineer

• In charge of technical handling of assigned model's product quality improvement.
• Conduct New Model Introduction Activities for assigned model/s.
• Facilitate technical service information management for product quality improvement monitoring.
• Coordination with regional affiliates and dealers.
• Responsible in report consolidation and presentation.
• Develop or conduct technical service information training module.
• Conduct Go and See activity to promote Product Quality Improvement.
• Regular hotline management.

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Industrial Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Preferably with valid Philippine Driver's License.
• Preferably with basic or advance Automotive knowledge.
• Preferably with knowledge in automotive theory and application.
• You are capable of obtaining information and identifying key issues and relationships relevant to achieving a long-range goal or vision; committing to a course of action to accomplish a long-range goal or vision after developing alternatives based on logical assumptions, facts, available resources, constraints and organizational values.
• You are proactive; taking prompt action to accomplish objectives and taking action to achieve goals beyond what is required.

• You set high standards of performance for self and others; assume responsibility and accountability for successfully completing assignments or tasks; self-impose standards of excellence rather than having standards imposed.
• You are an actively participating member of a team, moving the team toward the completion of goals.

• Technical report writing skills and presentation
• Has good interpersonal skills
• Proficient in the use of MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word, database analysis.
• Excellent English (oral and written) communication
