Position Overview:We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Representative to join our Horeca Sales team. This role will focus on selling our high-quality frozen meat products to B2B customers, including distributors, wholesalers, and commercial foodservice establishments. As the Sales Representative, you will play a key role in growing our market share, maintaining existing client relationships, and expanding our customer base.

Identify and target new business opportunities within the meat supply sector. Actively generate new leads and pursue sales opportunities with distributors, wholesalers, supermarkets, hotels, and restaurants.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients. Provide tailored solutions based on customer needs and ensure excellent service to promote repeat business.
Stay up-to-date on the range of meat products we offer, both frozen and processed, to effectively promote and upsell to customers. Advise clients on product specifications, quality, and benefits.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to achieve sales targets while ensuring profitability for the company.
Conduct market research to identify new trends, opportunities, and competitors. Regularly report sales activities, progress, and challenges to the Sales Manager.
Work closely with the operations, logistics, and marketing teams to ensure seamless product delivery, customer satisfaction, and effective promotions.
