
Senior Sales Enablement Specialist (Global)

Location: Hybrid in the Philippines Office (Makati)The shift will be Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM PHL and must be available for US East Coast meetings/calls as needed to support APAC and US initiatives.Responsibilities:
- Learning Management System Administration
- Administer and maintain a Learning Management System to enhance sales team performance for all members of the BlueVoyant Sales Organization, BlueVoyant client facing teams and BlueVoyant partner sales representatives
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access within the LMS
- Enroll users in appropriate training programs and track their progress.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to the LMS and training content.
- Generate reports on learner progress, course completion and other key metrics
- Collaborate with other teams (Technical Enablement, Customer Success, HR, IT) to ensure the LMS is functioning effectively and supports the enablement needs for customer facing sales resources.
- Training Content Design
- Support creating and maintaining content for learning sequences that map to new hire onboarding, BlueVoyant product and service offerings, channel partnerships, sales processes, and core sales skills.
- Apply instructional design principles to create effective learning experiences
- Ensure content is engaging, relevant and meets learning objectives
- Develop and design e-learning courses, videos, assessments, and other training materials
- Work with subject matter experts from Product Management, Product Marketing Management, Sales Leadership and Revenue Operations to translate complex information into digestible training materials
- Maintain and update content to reflect changes in product and service offerings, sales programs/processes, and instructional design best practices.
- Adhere to brand guidelines.
- Sales Content Management
- Administer and maintain the SharePoint based Sales Content Management platform optimized for usability and access to internal and external sales materials for all members of the BlueVoyant Sales Organization, BlueVoyant client facing teams and BlueVoyant partner sales representatives
- Administer and maintain policy documentation for Sales Content Management platform covering ownership, edit permissions and audit process to ensure content remains organized, tagged for use and remains up-to-date.
- Technical Skills
- Proficiency using LMS platforms (TalentLMS)
- Experience with e-learning authoring tools (Articulate, Camtasia, Adobe, etc.)
- Experience with SCORM and other e-learning standards
- Proficiency with SharePoint for the purpose of content management and delivery.
- Proficiency with sales methodologies like MEDDPICC
- Communication Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly, concisely, and persuasively to diverse audiences.
- Crafting compelling narratives, instructions, and updates to diverse audiences
- Ability to effectively share information, build relationships and foster cooperation among individuals and teams across the organization.
- Other responsibilities
- Develop a strong understanding of BlueVoyant’s go-to-market strategy and messaging to optimize instructional design relevance and effectiveness.
- In collaboration with key stakeholders, support the planning and enablement content development for annual sales kickoff meetings and other enablement events as needed.
- Achieve high-quality standards on delivered programs
- Support a blended learning model to include e-learning, ongoing live training cadences, webinars, self-paced, and event-based training, leveraging conventional and new learning technologies.

- 5+ years of experience creating and delivering sales enablement content
- Experience administrating a learning management system
- Experience with video and content editing software
- Experience with a cyber security firm or similar field
- Knowledge of the networking, security, and software sales market
- A passion for winning and a strong aptitude for sales strategy

- Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
- Strong experience with MS Office applications
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to deliver engaging and professional presentations
- College Degree from an accredited university
