
SAP IBP System Analyst

- Provide day-to-day support for SAP IBP users, troubleshoot issues, and resolve queries
- Monitor and maintain system performance, integrations, and data flow (CI-DS, BTP, ECC, BW)
- Support stabilization post go-live, ongoing platform maintenance, and configuration updates
- Coordinate and execute testing (unit, integration, UAT) and manage regression testing during upgrades
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, provide functional support, and promote best practices
- Contribute to solution design, process improvements, and ensure compliance with governance standards
- Develop and deliver training materials, and provide knowledge transfer to internal teams
- Track turnaround times, quality of resolutions, and contribute to quarterly reviews
- Collaborate with external support partners and BTS teams to resolve escalations effectively
- Tertiary qualifications in technology or business discipline
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in supply chain planning and SAP system support
- Strong SAP IBP experience (ideally across Demand, Inventory, and S&OP) or APO background with IBP exposure
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, able to support both technical and business users
- Ability to work independently as the first IBP analyst in the team
- Exposure to SAP CI-DS, BTP, CAP, ECC, or BW is desirable
- Understanding of integrations, data management, and SAP best practices is desirable
- SAP certifications in IBP or supply chain modules are an advantage
- FMCG or manufacturing industry background preferred, but strong IBP expertise from other industries will be considered
