- Monitor and analyse individual and team sales performance metrics
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports (e.g., Salesforce).
- Identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
- Manage sales support inbox and address requests from the sales team.
- Ensure timely resolution of operational issues and queries.
- Support day-to-day sales workflows and coordination.
- Identify inefficiencies in sales workflows and systems.
- Develop and implement process improvements and reporting enhancements.
- Optimize CRM usage and reporting tools.
- Partner with sales leaders to support performance management and decision-making.
- Provide insights, recommendations, and best practices.
- Align cross-functional teams on sales processes and priorities.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members.
- Drive accountability, performance standards, and continuous improvement.
- Share best practices and build capability within the team.
- Plan and prioritise tasks, reporting cycles, and improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate activities across teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Track progress and manage deadlines.
- Handle administrative and ad hoc tasks related to sales operations
- Maintain data integrity and system accuracy.
- Maintain baseline AI literacy relevant to their role, including the ability to understand, use, and evaluate AI-supported tools for work efficiency and decision-making.
- Use approved AI tools and digital systems in compliance with company policies, data privacy requirements, information security standards, and client confidentiality obligations.
- Apply sound judgment in AI use by validating outputs, avoiding overreliance, and ensuring accuracy, fairness, and professional accountability for all work delivered.
- Participate in required AI readiness trainings, upskilling programs, and continuous improvement initiatives as part of Smartsourcing's innovation and learning culture.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement through automation, digitization, and responsible AI integration within their scope of work.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field
- Experience in sales operations, sales support, or performance management
- Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
- Experience analysing sales data and performance metrics
- Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
