If you have a passion for connecting talent with the right opportunities and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you!📍 Location: Pasig, Philippines⏰ Work Mode: Flexible (Office & Remote)💼 Role: US Non-IT Recruiter🚀 What You'll Do:🎯 Source and attract top talent through various channels such as job boards (CB, Monster, Indeed), social media, and networking📞 Conduct outreach, screening calls, and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit📊 Review resumes and pre-screen candidates for a variety of light industrial and non-IT roles🤝 Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and priorities🧩 Manage full-cycle recruitment—from sourcing to offer and onboarding🔍 Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)📈 Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings📜 Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements🌐 Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices🏭 Roles You'll Be Hiring For:You will recruit for a variety of light industrial and non-IT positions, including:

Admin Assistant, Office Coordinator, Medical Assistant
