- Lead Generation: Find new companies that match our target market for our new product using various tools and strategies.
- Sales Outreach: Contact potential clients by email and cold calling to see if they fit our ideal client profile for this product.
- Sales Engagement: Conduct online meetings and product demonstrations with qualified prospects.
- Sales Conversion: Lead commercial negotiation to close deals and meet sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Build relationships: Open doors to future upgrades
- Start your day generating new companies and reviewing your warm lead list, and planning follow-ups.
- Jump on cold calls, run online meetings, and handle objections with confidence.
- Log your wins in the CRM, track pipeline progress, and celebrate deals closed.
- Wrap up knowing you’ve helped small businesses win more work.
- Wants to start or advance their B2B corporate career in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Has experience in a high-volume tele sales/virtual role – ideally B2B, but we’re open to B2C if you’ve got a learning mindset.
- Is curious by nature and uses a consultative approach to uncover client needs.
- Can adapt communication style to connect with a wide variety of client personalities.
- Is hungry, competitive, and target-driven – you want to win and you want to earn.
- Works best in a structured, KPI-focused environment where activity drives results.
- Confident, clear communicator with a professional phone manner.
- Competitive, target-driven, and motivated by results.
- Able to quickly build rapport with small business owners.
- Strong organizational skills with basic MS Office knowledge.

- First 12 months: Achieve mastery and exceptional success in your role as a Sales Associate
- After 12 - 24 months: Opportunities to move into larger deal cycles or upgrade to selling premium products with bigger earning potential.
