Job Purpose: The Account Opening Officer is responsible for acquiring new clients and growing the bank's deposit base through the sale of Current and Savings Accounts (CASA). The role involves fieldwork, lead generation, customer engagement, and meeting assigned sales targets while ensuring a high level of customer service and compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines. Key Responsibilities: Actively promote and sell Current and Savings Account (CASA) products to individuals, businesses, and organizations. Conduct field sales , client visits, and participate in marketing activities to generate leads. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly CASA acquisition targets . Educate customers on account features, benefits, and requirements. Assist in completing account opening forms and ensuring KYC/AML compliance . Maintain regular contact with existing and potential clients for relationship building and cross-selling opportunities. Work closely with branch operations and back-office teams to ensure smooth account activation . Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities. Ensure compliance with bank policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Banking & Finance, Marketing, or a related field. Preferably with at least 3 year of experience in sales or banking (fresh graduates are welcome to apply). Excellent communication , interpersonal , and persuasion skills .
