Assistant Director Food & Beverage Plans, organizes and direct the overall F&B service operation and administration.Primary Responsibilities

Set periodical Food & Beverage Services budget & forecast
Analyze monthly P&L and month-end reports, identify deviation from business plan goals
Participate in management meetings to review progress towards achievement of business plan goals and develop the annual business plan related for the department.
Oversee and manage Food & Beverage Operations and team members.

QualificationsYour experience and skills include:

Previous luxury brand hotel experience is an advantage.
Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Diploma in Hospitality Management/Food & Beverage preferred
Additional certification(s) in Food & Beverage will be an advantage
Experienced in all aspects of Food & Beverage Services service, especially in local function styles
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity with proven records in delivering Food & Beverage Services operating results
High degree of professionalism with strong understanding of global markets and business acumen
