
Campaign Deployment Specialist

- Deploying CRM campaigns, which involve audience segmentation, creating messages for various channels (email, app, SMS, etc.), and setting up journeys.
- Setting up and localizing automations, journeys, messages, and data extensions within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
- Reviewing and testing to ensure campaign setups function as expected (quality assurance).
- Monitoring campaign send-outs and flagging any issues to the CRM Campaign Management Expert Team.
- Adhering to a defined quality assurance process and ensuring campaigns are deployed on time.
- Regularly reporting project progress to the CRM Campaign Management Expert Team and other stakeholders within the company.
- This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks to ensure the smooth and successful deployment of CRM campaigns.
- Preferably with at least 1 year of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar email platforms, with familiarity in working with Data Extensions, Content Builder, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio.
- Experience in setting up cross-channel journeys in SFMC (email, app, SMS), with other channels is being a plus.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, and oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring successful and timely delivery.
- Excellent stakeholder management abilities, ensuring clear communication, alignment of expectations, and effective collaboration across teams and departments.
- Familiarity with AMPscript is a plus, but not required. AMP Script knowledge is a plus.
- Experience in quality assurance for CRM campaigns, with excellent attention to detail.
- A basic understanding of SQL is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks according to deadlines.
- Strong communication and writing skills in English.
