The role will drive and specifically manage SWAP Supply Chain Planning and to ensure/maintain excellence in forecasting, planning, delivery and replenishment. What you will do Provide operations performance metrices and reporting to HQ - delivery performance, output, order backlog, inventory exposure, aging production orders etc Responsible for product planning and execution of production orders for the related products (New / Existing and Phase-out Products) as well as User Acceptance Testing procedures. Following up of material shortages to fulfil production orders and buffer level stocking Monitoring output trend, work in collaboration with Production to pull-in / push out orders when required. Manage and coordinate the situation of returns with Reverse Logistics to support operations. Review backlog and new orders; provide delivery commitments to Customer Service. Recommend and maintain optimal inventory levels at various stages in the supply chain in order to achieve customer satisfaction levels as well as mitigate inventory exposure. Maintain forecasts and manage links between systems for forecasting, master production scheduling, inventory management and product development utilizing various systems. Lead corporate initiatives aimed at improving current business processes. Assist in quantifying and defining scope for capacity, resource, logistics, and supply chain planning. As integral part of company's key business process systems' selection, implementation, and execution, document and share 'best practice' methods, processes and ideas across the business's supply chain operations to drive continuous improvements in all aspects of business operations. What you bring Experience 2 - 3 years of SCM Planning and Logistics experience in a similarly demanding MNC manufacturing environment Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or related fields. Good experience in using ERP systems (specifically Infor LN) and analyzing work processes Knowledge of Reverse Logistics will be an added advantage Intermediate-to-Advance skills in MS Excel Knowledge of freight / transportation, customs regulatory will be an added advantage.
