- Create and maintain caregiver schedules, ensuring proper coverage based on client needs.
- Match caregivers with clients, considering skills, availability, and specific care requirements.
- Monitor and adjust scheduling changes, shift swaps, and last-minute cancellations to ensure uninterrupted care.
- Track and update caregiver availability, shift assignments, and requests for time off.
- Communicate schedule changes with caregivers and clients in a timely and professional manner.
- Proactively address gaps in coverage, using backup caregivers when needed.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for caregivers and clients regarding scheduling and care needs.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients and caregivers to ensure high-quality care and satisfaction.
- Address caregiver concerns, providing guidance, feedback, and solutions to improve performance.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with both caregivers and clients to ensure engagement and retention.
- Handle last-minute cancellations, schedule conflicts, and urgent client requests efficiently.
- Quickly identify staffing shortages and implement alternative solutions to prevent service disruptions.
- Work closely with caregivers and clients to resolve concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of caregiver schedules, client care plans, and shift changes.
- Ensure all scheduling and care coordination practices comply with company policies and healthcare regulations.
- Utilize scheduling software, applicant tracking systems, and productivity tools for efficient coordination.
- Document caregiver certifications, training records, and compliance-related requirements.
- Assist in caregiver performance tracking by maintaining feedback records and tracking client reviews.
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and onboarding new caregivers as part of operational needs.
- Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate caregiver qualifications.
- Coordinate new hire paperwork, background checks, and training schedules.
- Maintain an active caregiver pipeline to support ongoing staffing needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth hiring and onboarding process for new caregivers.
✅ Background in healthcare, home care, or caregiving is a plus.
✅ Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills with the ability to manage last-minute changes.
✅ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
✅ Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management abilities.
✅ Proficiency in Google Workspace (G Suite), Microsoft Office, and scheduling software.Technical & Work Setup✅ High-speed internet connection (at least 25 Mbps).
