
Country Manager / Principal (Laguna)

- Collaborate with overseas senior management on strategic initiatives.
- Manage marketing and sales strategies, increasing brand recognition and awareness.
- Maintain close working relationships with school principals and school leadership teams.

- Manage and coordinate all financial reporting, marketing and business development initiatives, including sales, marketing, and business development activities, and hire and train school leadership team.
- Research and analyze market opportunities, identify potential customers, develop business proposals, and negotiate business deals.
- Maintain and monitor pricing strategies, compare competitor pricing, and establish prices.
- Maintain accurate records and comply with government rules and regulations.
- Develop and execute business plans and strategies, including budgeting, budgeting forecasts, and resource allocation.
- Negotiate contracts, manage purchasing, and develop and maintain long-term supplier relationships.
- Develop, implement, and adhere to policies and procedures, including financial controls, accounting, human resources, and purchasing.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with government and community agencies to ensure smooth and timely approvals.
- Develop, implement, and monitor marketing plans, including design and implementation of promotion programs, and hire and train sales and marketing.
- Any other task or project as assigned by the Regional Office Management from time to time.
- Must have prior experience in the education sector, specifically in elementary and high school settings. Experience in a university or college setting is acceptable.
- Must have served in a school leadership role such as Principal for at least 5 years, with classroom teaching experience as a foundation.
- Proven ability to manage and drive key performance indicators (KPIs) such as student population growth, enrollment/registration targets, and academic performance.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with both academic and operational teams, as well as international senior management.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
