Job Description:Position Overview: The Customer Success Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our clients by serving as the primary point of contact for project management and client coordination. This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in telecom project management, a deep understanding of Australian business practices, and exceptional communication skills.Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Take ownership of client projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to quality standards, and client satisfaction.
  • Client Coordination: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining regular communication to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide updates on project progress.
  • Technical Liaison: Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure alignment between client requirements and technical solutions, facilitating effective communication and problem resolution.
  • Strategic Planning: Work closely with clients to understand their long-term goals and develop strategic plans to support their objectives, identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify potential risks or issues that may impact project delivery or client satisfaction, implementing mitigation strategies to address them promptly.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and technical support, to ensure a seamless customer experience and alignment of efforts towards client success.
  • Performance Reporting: Track and report on key performance metrics related to project delivery, client satisfaction, and revenue growth, providing regular updates to internal stakeholders and clients.
Must-Haves:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, preferably in the telecom industry, with a focus on client-facing roles.
  • Demonstrated experience in the telecommunications industry is required.
  • Strong understanding of Australian business practices and cultural nuances.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Nice-to-Haves:
  • Experience working with remote teams or offshore partners is a plus.
  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is desirable but not required.
  • Proficient in working with Australian telco products and services, including but not limited to Internet, Voice, Mobile, IT Services, Network Solutions, Cloud Services.
