Job Summary: To provide advice and service in promoting the achievement of the business goals of the Organizational Unit or function in which they operate by coordinating and ensuring alignment to HR strategies and goals. The HR activities are provided to the unit of function. Responsible in monitoring delivery of HR Services in all HR functions in accordance with the standards set or service level agreement with the unit or function. Job Requirements: Bachelor&aposs degree and graduate of Psychology and other related courses. Minimum of 2 years working experience preferably from the same industry (logistics) Must have HR Generalist experience.
