The Marketing Assistant supports in creating a strong BPI brand that will be the foundation for a differentiated brand experience that delights customers, whether visually or experientially, delivered in identified points of presence, through online or offline locations, consistent and conforming to standards, while at the same time creating value for the bank. S/he assist the Marketing Support Officer in the fulfillment of all administrative and compliance requirements of all brand building and marketing activities per applicable guidelines, policies, and controls. The role helps in budget monitoring and reporting including the processing of payments and reimbursements. Responsibilities Assists the Marketing Support Officer in the administration of internal control processes as well as risk and audit requirements for the division. Regularly extracts and monitors the division's financial transaction against standard accounting reports (MTR, DTB, GL, etc.). Implements the closing of all Accounts Payable of the division. Serves as the alternate liaison of the division with the finance units of vendors and suppliers. Performs other duties related to the function or as assigned from time to time.
