GrowthAssistant is looking for a Warehouse Inventory Manager for our growth marketing team. This teammate extracts and converts data sets from e-commerce platforms to ensure daily synchronization of the inventory movements in the 3rd Party Warehouses. Furthermore, data investigation, insights, and recommendations will also be provided by this teammate promptly, ensuring the report's accuracy. The Benefits Work From Home Sign-on Bonus of $ 500 Attendance, Performance, and Referral Bonuses Paid Holidays and Time Offs Health Card The Role Own inventory accuracy across client back-end systems and 3rd Party Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), both domestic and international Key liaison to the Inventory Planning Team and work collaboratively to provide accurate and timely inventory data Daily synchronization of inventory between 3rd Part Warehouse Inventory and inventory availability in both NetSuite and Shopify Ensure inventory movement transactions are updated in a timely manner, at both the 3PL Warehouses and within the back-end systems (NetSuite and Shopify) Work with 3PLs to provide daily inventory movement reports, including shipments, receipts, adjustments, and status changes (i.e., damage, hold) Work with 3PLs to get nightly inventory reports that include on-hand, on-hold, damaged, and available-to-sell inventory at the SKU level Work with 3PLs to ensure the cycle count process is well documented, and they are reporting on discrepancies and following the cycle count SOP Execute any needed manual inventory movement, including inbound ASNs, DC, or store transfers, return receipts, and other 3rd party outlet locations Key stakeholder in new integrations or integration enhancements required between 3PL WMS and the back-end systems Create and follow the SOP for item set-up in NetSuite with a particular focus on weight and dimensions that includes identifying item setup disparities between Warehouse Management System, NetSuite, and Shopify, and rectifying them in a timely manner Ability to manipulate disparate data sources into a meaningful narrative with an outcome that leads to tangible results The Requirements 3+ years of experience in an analytics-based role with operational exposure is a must-have Must have advanced MS Excel experience Experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms is a must-have Proficient in utilizing Tableau (strongly preferred) or other similar BI tools is a must-have Must have deep analytical and problem-solving acumen with exposure to inventory management for a high-volume DTC organization Should have worked in the e-commerce, retail, or DTC industries Familiarity with NetSuite or other similar ERP is strongly preferred Intermediate to advanced SQL scripting experience (Big Query or similar dialect/language) is nice to have Familiarity with Gmail and Slack for internal communication Should have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment where prioritization and multitasking are key to success (Experience in a hyper-growth environment is a plus) Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written) Must have worked in the graveyard/night shift schedule in the last 6 months following any timezone in the US We are looking for someone who wants to grow as part of our team.
