The ideal candidate is a highly analytical leader who will join our senior management team. You will be responsible for leading the company&aposs day-to-day business operations (managing the company budget, ensuring operational compliance is followed, and addressing administrative issues). Responsibilities Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and projects Determine company&aposs strategic growth as part of the executive team Oversight on service delivery trends on patient contact operations including balance resolution, educating patients' financial liability, identifying and fixing barriers within R1 billing processes, and providing the highest level of customer service Leads 700+ FTEs under their span with 2-3 Operations Delivery Leaders (8M) Developing and maintaining succession plans for key personnel; invest in developing key people leaders for higher levels of responsibility Delivering performance results at or above KPI targets (productivity, quality, inventory) across the business lines on a consistent basis Regular reporting & analysis of KPIs Ensuring all compliance requirements are maintained across the area of responsibility Managing and executing against P&L targets, ensure financial and operational targets are met for assigned areas of responsibility Work collaboratively, and in partnership with a broad spectrum of business partners to ensure flawless execution of business processes Effectively communicates with clients and key stakeholders to maintain and manage business Implements business operation and service solutions utilizing the continuous improvement process. Qualifications Bachelor&aposs degree in Business Management or related discipline. A master's degree (MBA) is strongly preferred. 5 years of experience in a leadership/Associate Director level role, preferably in a healthcare or call center environment. Proven track record in managing large teams and operations. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to develop and implement strategies that align with organizational goals. Strong leadership skills to mentor and develop managers and staff. Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial management related to service delivery. Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools. Experience in managing key client relationships and understanding client needs to ensure service excellence.
